I am so pissed off.
The teacher I work for was off today cause she's ill. Do we get a replacement member of staff? Oh no. We don't even get the head, deputy head or assistant head checking if we are ok. I was running round all day and felt like I didn't stop all day until 1pm for my lunch.
The other week in work too, a cheeky bitch of a teacher accused me and another support staff from my class of doing nothing on the yard. This teacher is one lazy cow by the way. Funny how the 2 fights that have broken out on the yard during the last week I have been only one of two people who have actually seen them. I actually think this teacher has a fucking cheek coming out with that load of bullshit. I am one of only a handful of staff who actually seem to do their job when on the playground with the kids.
To make matters worse, the teacher won't be in tomorrow and one of the support staff who works with us is in college on Wednesdays. It will be just me and one other support staff with 9 kids. I really hope I get this job with Barnardo's. I am sat here so wound up and not wanting to even go to work tomorrow. I'm just sick of it all with my job - the shit money, the lack of support, being accused of not doing my job properly, other people getting away with not doing their job properly. I really am too good for that place and I don't think they will realise until I have finally gone, whenever that will be.
